Refund & Cancellation Policy

Fee Payment Cancellation

Once a fee payment is successfully made through the online payment gateway, cancellation is generally not allowed through the website.

Duplicate / Excess Payment

In case of duplicate payment, excess payment or failed transaction with amount debited, parents/guardians should contact the school office with transaction ID, student admission number, date and payment proof.

Refund Processing

Refund, if approved by the school administration after verification, will be processed through the original payment mode or as per school policy. Processing time may depend on bank/payment gateway timelines.

Non-Refundable Items

Admission/registration fee, late fee, service charges or other non-refundable charges may not be refunded unless specifically approved by the school administration.
